A family in Moscow is seeking an English-speaking nanny for their 2-year-old son. The ideal candidate will be a native English speaker or a bilingual nanny from Europe with experience in early childhood development. The role focuses on full childcare, language immersion, and developmental activities in a warm and structured environment.
The English-speaking nanny will work alongside a Russian-speaking nanny. The Russian-speaking nanny will handle all childcare duties, while the English-speaking nanny will focus specifically on the child’s development, with a particular emphasis on English language skills.

Requirements :

• Relevant work experience
• Native English speaker or bilingual nanny from Europe
• Knowledge of early childhood development methods
• Warm, patient, energetic, and creative
• Reliable, punctual, and professional

Duties :

• Full care for a 2-year-old boy (feeding, hygiene, daily routines)
• Language immersion and speech development in English
• Organising age-appropriate games and developmental activities
• Outdoor walks and active play
• Creating a nurturing, English-speaking environment
• Monitoring progress and communicating with parents

Language :

English – C2 – Fluent or native

Compensation:

200 000  – 500 000  per month. To be negotiated with a successful candidate.

Schedule:

Regular work, Full-time working day, The schedule is flexible, but the overall pattern is 5/2, with working days falling on Saturday and Sunday. The two nannies will coordinate their efforts to ensure a balanced approach to the child’s care and development.
