Native speaker for a teenager, conversation practice

Our son is 14, his grammar is solid (he’s in an English-focused school track), but he freezes up when it comes to actually speaking. We need someone to build his confidence through real conversation — not more textbook work, he gets plenty of that at school.

Lessons: 1x/week, 1 hour, Saturday mornings

Format: online (Zoom) or in person, near Novye Cheryomushki metro

Pay: 3,000 RUB/hour

Requirements: native or near-native speaker, comfortable talking about teen interests (gaming, sports, whatever clicks); teaching background nice to have but personality matters more
